Overview These terms govern your use of the WellKept Cleaning Co. website and the cleaning services we provide. By booking a service or submitting a quote request through our website, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact us at care@wellkept.co.

Scope of Services WellKept Cleaning Co. provides residential cleaning services in Georgia including standard recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and Airbnb/turnover cleaning. Service details, inclusions, and pricing are outlined on our website and confirmed at the time of booking. Final pricing is based on home size and condition and may vary from the starting prices listed on our site.

Hazardous Materials WellKept Cleaning Co. provides residential cleaning services and does not perform hazardous waste removal or remediation. This includes, but is not limited to: mold or mildew remediation, biohazards (blood, bodily fluids, sharps/needles), chemical spills, asbestos, animal waste beyond normal pet mess, and any other materials requiring specialized hazardous waste handling. If hazardous conditions are discovered at a property before or during a scheduled cleaning, WellKept reserves the right to decline, pause, or cancel service, and the client will be notified promptly. Clients are responsible for disclosing any known hazardous conditions prior to booking.

Booking and Scheduling Bookings are confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from WellKept via email or text. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking at our discretion. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your home including size, condition, and any special requirements at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment without penalty. Cancellations made inside 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service amount. Repeated cancellations may result in termination of recurring service.

Access to Your Home By booking a service you confirm that you have the authority to grant access to the property being cleaned. You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access for our cleaners. WellKept and its cleaners are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your property. We ask that pets be secured during cleaning visits for the safety of our team.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee Our Satisfaction Guarantee, which we call the WellKept Satisfaction Guarantee, means that if you are not satisfied with any aspect of your clean, you must notify us within 24 hours of your service completion time, as recorded through our scheduling platform when your cleaner marks the job complete. We will return to re-clean the area or areas in question at no additional charge. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for a complimentary re-clean. Our guarantee covers workmanship only and does not apply to conditions outside our control such as pre-existing stains, damage, or areas not included in the agreed scope of service.

Damage and Liability Our cleaners take great care with your home and belongings. In the unlikely event that something is damaged during a cleaning, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of your service completion time, as recorded through our scheduling platform when your cleaner marks the job complete, with photos where possible. WellKept carries general liability insurance. Claims made after this 24-hour window or without documentation may not be eligible for reimbursement. We are not liable for damage resulting from items that were already in a fragile or unstable condition prior to our visit.

Payment Payment is due upon completion of each cleaning service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely through our booking platform. Recurring clients will be charged automatically following each completed visit. Returned payments or chargebacks may result in suspension of service and may incur an additional processing fee.

Text Messaging By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from WellKept Cleaning Co. related to your quote, booking, or service, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and occasional updates. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

Independent Contractors WellKept Cleaning Co. works with independent cleaning professionals. Our cleaners are vetted, background-checked, and held to our service standards. They are not employees of WellKept Cleaning Co. WellKept acts as the service coordinator and is responsible for the quality and delivery of the service as described.

Website Use The content on www.wellkept.co including text, images, and branding is the property of WellKept Cleaning Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. Use of our website is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any errors, interruptions, or issues resulting from use of the site.

Right to Refuse Service WellKept reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client at our discretion. Reasons may include unsafe conditions, excessive clutter or hoarding, presence of pests or biohazards, aggressive behavior toward our team, or repeated late cancellations. In these cases any prepaid amounts for unrendered services will be refunded.

Changes to These Terms We may update these terms as our business grows. The most current version will always be available at www.wellkept.co. Continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be handled in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
