If it's been 3 months or more since your home's had a real clean — or this is your first time booking with us — this is where you start. We go past what a regular clean covers: baseboards, vents, behind and under appliances, built-up grime in the corners. It's slower, more detailed work, and it sets the baseline everything after it can build on.

Pricing starts with your home’s square footage and adjusts based on your selected service, number of bathrooms, and any add-ons you choose. Recurring Standard Cleans also receive frequency-based savings.
You’ll see your price as you book, so you know what to expect before confirming your cleaning.

Even a tidy home can have buildup in the detailed areas regular cleaning doesn’t always reach. The first visit typically requires more time and labor to address those areas and bring your home to a consistent cleaning baseline.
Once that baseline is established, recurring Standard Cleans are designed to maintain it — keeping your home consistently well-kept from visit to visit.

Yes! Weekly, biweekly, or monthly are all available, and we're happy to build a custom schedule around your life.

We do a quick walkthrough with you before we start and a final walkthrough when we're done — it's your home, and we want to make sure we're aligned every step of the way.For future cleans, we'll share photos through our platform so you always know exactly what was done.

We’ll do our best to keep you with the same cleaner whenever possible. It gives your cleaner the chance to get to know your home and preferences over time.
If your usual cleaner isn’t available, another WellKept professional can step in using your cleaning details and preferences to keep your service consistent.

Yes. We specialize in professional home cleaning, but don’t provide restoration or specialty services such as mold remediation, carpet or upholstery extraction, pet urine treatment, or work requiring specialized equipment.
If something falls outside our scope, we’ll always let you know.

If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours after your cleaning is completed. Our WellKept Guarantee means we’ll return to take care of any missed items included in your scheduled service.

Plans change — just give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your cleaning. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a $50 fee.
