What services do you offer?
We offer standard recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and Airbnb/turnover cleaning. All services are available to homeowners and renters across Gwinnett County, GA.
How do I get started?
Simply request a free quote through our website. We'll follow up within the hour with pricing based on your home size and the service you need. No commitment required.
What is included in a standard clean?
A standard clean covers kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, floors, and all surfaces. We bring all supplies and equipment — you don't need to provide anything.
How is a deep clean different from a standard clean?
A deep clean goes beyond the surface. It includes baseboards, inside appliances, grout, ceiling fans, inside cabinets, and areas that don't get touched in a routine clean. It's ideal as a first clean or a seasonal reset.
What if I am not satisfied with my clean?
We stand behind every clean with the WellKept Guarantee. If something doesn't meet your standard, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back and make it right — no charge.
What if my cleaner is late or doesn't show?
We confirm every appointment in advance and communicate any changes as early as possible. If something unexpected happens, we will contact you immediately and reschedule at your earliest convenience.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Most of our clients provide access and go about their day. We'll send a confirmation when we arrive and when we're done.
How do I pay?
Payment is processed securely online after your clean is complete. We accept all major cards. No cash required.

Booking & Scheduling
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for recurring cleans. For deep cleans and move-out cleans, 3–5 days notice is preferred. We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
Can I set up a recurring schedule?
Yes. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring plans. Once you're set up, your schedule runs automatically and you'll receive reminders before each visit.
Can I skip or reschedule a visit?
Yes, with at least 48 hours notice at no penalty. Cancellations inside 48 hours may be subject to a small cancellation fee.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. If you have a preference for specific products — for example, fragrance-free or pet-safe — just let us know when you book.

What does a WellKept cleaner do?
You'll carry out residential cleaning services for our clients — standard recurring cleans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out, and Airbnb turnovers. You set your availability and we match you with clients in your area.
Do I need experience to apply?
Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required. What matters most is reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism. We provide onboarding guidance and a cleaning checklist for every job.
Do I need my own supplies and equipment?
For most jobs, supplies are provided by WellKept or the client. As you grow with us, having your own kit is helpful but not required to start.
How do I get paid?
Cleaners are compensated per job. Pay is processed after each completed clean. Rates are discussed during onboarding and reflect the type and size of the job.
What hours are available?
We primarily schedule cleans Monday through Saturday between 8am and 6pm. You choose your availability and we work around it.
How do I apply?
